Dmitry is a specialist in criminal law and criminal procedure, investigative and operational research activities.
He specialises in complex, multi-faceted criminal cases involving economic, corruption, official and personal crimes.
Before joining the Bar, he worked for a long time as a district prosecutor and then as a senior prosecutor in the Main Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation responsible for supervising the investigation of particularly important cases. In this position, he supervised the work of investigators of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and monitored their procedural activities.
The experience of professional activity allows him to successfully defend criminal cases of any complexity, to make well-founded decisions in complex and ambiguous procedural situations, to establish the necessary communication with other participants in criminal proceedings, and to correctly determine and apply the methodology of defence.
